Notes about Age Categories:
All athletes must compete in their correct age categories if they wish to be counted in the Cross Country Series in their age group category.

2.5 km – Around playing field, out to loop A and back
3.5 km – Around playing field, past loop A to loop B and back.
5.0 km – Around playing field, ONCE around the outside perimeter of all loops and back.
8.0 km – Around playing field, TWICE around outside perimeter of all loops and back.

Day of Race and late entries for adults only (20+) add $3.00

Non-BC Athletics members add $3.00.

Sanctioned by: B.C. Athletics/B.C. Cross Country Division

Results for the B.C. Athletics Series Awards will be sent to BC Athletics and ages will be calculated as of December 4, 2010 for Masters and December 31, 2010 for everyone else.

Awards:

JD & Midget (1995 - 2001) ribbons for placing 1st to 6th in each year of the age group (M & F)

Youth (1993 -1994), Junior (1991 – 1992), Collegiate (all ages), Open (20 – 29, 30 - 39) - ribbons for placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each category (M & F).

Masters {40 - 70+) - ribbons for placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd in five year age categories (M&F).

Note: Younger runners under 20 competing in the open race will be eligible for awards in that
category but will not score in the Series in their own age division.

Results will be available online after the race at www.phoenixrunningclub.com.
Age-graded results will be available online for the men's and women's open and masters races.
