* This Tuesday (July 1st) the track session will be: 3 x 600, 3 x 400 & 3 x 200 -- with short rest between reps & a lap's jog between sets.
**This Thursday (July 3rd) the track session will be: 4 x 400 -- at high speed with short rest.
***This Saturday (July 5th) it's the Austin Trail + Lost Lake 1k loop; 4-6 with downhill jog recovery. |
